The Technique
What is Apometry
Apometry is a spiritual and energetic technique based on the unfolding of the subtle bodies. It was developed in Brazil by Dr. José Lacerda de Azevedo, in the 1960s, and is organized around thirteen laws.
Through simple mechanisms, it works on different levels of imbalance: cleansing of environments, psychic protection, and the care of the spiritual bodies — individually or in a group, in person or at a distance.
You do not need developed mediumship or clairvoyance to practice it. The practical learning itself helps that sensitivity unfold, and it is natural to every human being.
